“What has made me stay at Fiwe are my lovely colleagues and our strong cohesion. The fact that I also manage to achieve a good balance with the life puzzle is something that makes it easy for me to enjoy myself. In such a responsive company as Fiwe, it is easier to want to succeed, because we give each other so much. One can always ask for help, we share our experiences to become better together. That's actually one of the best things about Fiwe, I think, that everyone wants to help to lift each other up! “

“Excellence is fundamentally why we are at the forefront of our solutions, we want to find the solutions that are not yet available on the market. Commitment, in turn, is related to the fact that we want to deliver that little extra and really care about our customers. Spirit is based on our atmosphere at work, the familiarity of a mix of seeing opportunities over problems.”

“Placed in the office there is a table tennis table, space for coffee breaks and always equally pleasant Monday breakfasts. We also have regular seasonal activities such as Christmas parties, midsummer lunches and continuous AWs. Things that are important to make the job more fun!”
