Sustainability at Fiwe
We’re dedicated to making a real difference. Through workshops and strategic initiatives, we continuously strengthen our expertise in sustainable development.
Our commitment to a sustainable world
Sustainability is a central part of our strategy. We focus on responsible business practices, long-term wellbeing for employees, and reducing our environmental impact.
Our sustainability efforts
We actively work to integrate sustainability into our daily operations and decision-making. Our sustainability initiatives are grounded in the UN’s global goals and developed based on ISO26000 to make a real difference.
An open and inclusive workplace
We prioritize transparency, collaboration and integrity to create a work environment where everyone feels valued and heard. A place where every employee can thrive and reach their full potential.
For a sustainable digital future
By optimizing data and ensuring quality, we contribute to a digital future where resources are used more wisely, processes become more efficient and customer experiences more reliable.

Sustainability in every aspect
At Fiwe, we integrate sustainability into every aspect of our operations, guided by the ISO 26000 standard. Our commitment spans from fostering open dialogue in the workplace to promoting sustainable consumption, supporting personal development, ensuring excellent customer service, and advancing technology for the benefit of society.

Working for dialogue and openness at work
Team spirit matters to us. And team spirit requires collaboration, openness and dialogue. Because we care about each other and the work we do together, we keep communication open and transparent – sharing thoughts, ideas and ambitions. We want to continue strengthening this by finding methods and channels that ensure everyone is heard and that great ideas are captured in a structured way.
Our initiatives include:
We have implemented a comprehensive Code of Conduct
We have established a whistleblowing policy
All employees sign a privacy and data protection policy to ensure safety for our teams and customers

Working for responsible consumption
Responsible consumption is about making smart choices that save both resources and the environment. Through our projects, we help customers reduce incorrect orders and avoid unnecessary transports. The largest emissions occur in the value chain – therefore, we work according to the GHG Protocol – the global standard for measuring and managing climate impact.
Our initiatives include:
We organize clothing swap events and promote environmentally conscious habits at the workplace
We continuously switch to energy-efficient lighting and digitalize internal processes
We recycle and donate old IT equipment to initiatives such as “IT for Kids”
We use climate-friendly company cars and always choose smart, eco-friendly travel alternatives

Promoting personal development
We operate in a knowledge-intensive industry where our employees’ expertise is our greatest resource. Naturally, we want to develop and invest in that strength. We stay curious and challenge ourselves to grow – by deepening our knowledge or learning something entirely new.
Our initiatives include:
We define clear career paths and personal development goals for each individual
We conduct continuous market and competitor analyses to ensure competitiveness
We practice goal-setting at employee level, aligned with company objectives
We conduct GAP analyses to identify which competencies are needed in various roles and assignments

Working for excellent customer service
We never take a partnership for granted – every customer relationship is built on long-term trust. That’s why it’s important for us to work for satisfied and confident customers. We do this through transparency and clarity in all customer interactions. Fair terms and responsible handling of complaints and disputes are essential.
Our initiatives include:
We establish fair terms and conditions
We handle complaints and disputes in an efficient and responsible manner

Developing and sharing technology that contributes to a better society
Technology can be a force for positive change when used in the right way. That’s why we actively work to share knowledge, inspire new ideas and develop solutions that create value for both our customers and society at large. By sharing experiences, collaborating with educational institutions and continuously exploring new opportunities, we aim to contribute to sustainable technological development – today and in the future.
Our initiatives include:
Sharing strong customer cases internally within the organization
Conducting brainstorming sessions to find effective, long-term solutions
Engaging with organizations, schools and universities to share expertise and knowledge
