But what does an Innovation Advocate do, you might wonder then? Glenn benched it out for us:
“The best thing about my job is that I get to be creative and realize ideas. For example, I organized a hackathon recently where we built a new colleague - a talking teddy bear with integrated AI named Chucky. Chucky is a good yardstick for what an Innovation Advocate Manager does — realize great ideas.”
“I usually say that in my role as Innovation Advocate, I act as a sounding board for ideas. My colleagues can see me as a little sticky wall that they can throw ideas on and then I make sure that together we create really awesome solutions that make a difference for our customers.”

“Everyone can talk to everyone. It's easy to ask around and the employees are very helpful, we really work as a team where everyone is collectively helped. Everyone at Fiwe gets really excited by solving problems together. And the best part is that we have fun while we do it.”

“Once a month, all PIM developers meet in our developer forum called Gleinart and exchange ideas. We present cool things we built and share our lessons learned. This is really a highlight of the month where together we improve as a team.”
“Every Thursday we have something we call “top of mind.” This means fifteen minutes where we fill a whiteboard with thoughts and ideas based on a specific theme. It is an open forum where everyone gets a chance to come up with new ideas about how we work, problems we have had or thoughts about new services we can develop.”
