I maintain close dialogue with both my colleagues and clients to achieve the best results. Both the Fiwe team and the customer representatives strive together to have effective working methods and a well-functioning dialogue at all times. For me, the ability to actually deliver value for customers is what is most rewarding about my job!”

The road that leads to becoming one of the team at Fiwe may look different. But once in place, everyone usually wants to stay. For Jonas, the journey began as a consultant and over time developed into a full-fledged employment.

“Because we are different personalities with different interests, we share by taking each other to try on different kinds of activities. I myself am an avid kayak-paddler and usually invite the team to a treasured paddle tour in the archipelago outside Gothenburg every summer.”
