“I have a combined role; Application Management Service Manager & Team Success Manager. My role as Team Success Manager is really both rewarding and fun as I get to work with many different clients from different industries. In this role, I am usually responsible for a customer team where we work together to help the customer optimise their operations and achieve their business objectives.”
“Working at Fiwe means working for an organization with an open atmosphere and it is important to stay alert to be able to manage the customer's requests. In my role as Application Management Service Manager, I am the Support manager for customers who have purchased solutions from Informatica and HCL Commerce. I ensure that we live up to the signed SLA agreements with fast and quality-assured deliveries.

I appreciate the possibility of hybrid work, while the strong cohesion makes it fun to be in the office every day.”
