IMPACT – A proven methodology for successful project implementations

We have a proven track record of implementing solutions within e-commerce, PIM, master data management, digital marketing, and analytics. We’ve developed a project methodology we call IMPACT, which has been successfully used in more than 100 projects in the Nordics. IMPACT consists of a framework of templates and tools and builds on comprehensive best practices. This methodology can be tailored to best support the needs of each individual customer, and is available for either a classic implementation or a rapid deployment solution (RDS). The methodology supports agile methods. Using our methodology, we ensure that processes and roles in the customer’s business can leverage all the capabilities of the solution.
