Nordics Retailer Elkjøp Awarded Best Omnichannel Solution at 2016 RETA Europe

The award for the “best omnichannel” implementation was handed to Norwegian electronics retailer, Elkjøp

Better known as Elgiganten outside of Norway, Elkjøp is the largest consumer electronics retailer in the Nordic countries, with 400 stores across 6 countries and over 10.000 employees. Elkjøp had selected Informatica MDM – Product 360 (PIM), (which is implemented by Fiwe Systems & Consulting) Data Quality and PowerCenter to shift from an organization focused on selling products to one that is focused on providing the best customer shopping experience.
